Our team of senior recruitment consultants based across Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, and the North Coast, have worked with over 50,000 jobseekers to source people for Private Enterprise, Non-Profit, Government and Non-Government.

Founded in 2011, GWG was created by partnering senior business executives with senior recruiters to develop a recruitment agency that understands the sourcing and hiring process from all sides. Over the last decade we have acquired vast knowledge and learnings from thousands of engagements to develop outstanding employees, systems, and processes that leverage the talent industry’s very best education, tools, and practices.
We’ve experienced consistent long-term growth of over 20% per annum for a decade, and have been recognised through multiple awards including the AFR’s Fast Companies.
