We handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews, so you can focus on what matters most: your mission.

Our
Mission.

At GWG, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. Our passion for providing pro bono recruitment services to non-profit organisations in New South Wales stems from our commitment to supporting those who dedicate their lives to making a positive impact.

Non-profit organisations are at the heart of our communities. They provide essential services, advocate for meaningful change, and enrich the lives of countless individuals. However, we recognise that many non-profits face significant challenges in recruiting skilled professionals, often due to limited budgets and resources. That’s where we come in.

We offer pro bono recruitment services to help bridge this gap. By leveraging our expertise and resources, we aim to empower non-profits across NSW to build strong, effective teams that can drive their mission forward. Our goal is to alleviate the burden of recruitment, allowing these organisations to focus on what they do best: serving the community.
