Our Founder, James Grierson depended on effective recruitment his whole career. As a long-time client of recruitment agencies, the former CIO, technology contractor and candidate knew what great recruitment looked like.
James founded GWG in 2011 partnering with senior recruiters including current CEO, Julie Gearie. Together they have built a customer focused agency that provides exceptional experience and outcomes.
Now after multiple awards, thousands of engagements and 12 years of growth, Julie attributes GWG’s success to the authentic and honest partnerships that have been built with organisations and job seekers.
